A nearly all-White jury in Wisconsin, found Kyle Rittenhouse not guilty in the fatal shooting of two men during protests in Kenosha, Wisconsin, last year. The trial touched on issues of gun rights and race. Rittenhouse, 18, was cleared on all five charges related to his actions on Aug. 25 of last year, during protests over the shooting of Jacob Blake by a White Kenosha police officer. This verdict is another example of America being Amerikkka.

On Friday evening, at least 8 people died and 300 were injured during rapper Travis Scott's concert at the Astroworld Festival at NRG Park in Houston. The crowd of about 50,000 rushed toward the stage, and concertgoers were crowded and trampled in the melee. The family of a 9-year-old who is in a coma from his injuries at the concert is suing Scott. At least 34 lawsuits were filed as of yesterday evening in Harris County District Court in Texas. Those that were killed in this senseless stampede range in age from 14-27.

The public's negative opinion regarding the Biden administration continue to plague the Biden White House. In a USA Today/Suffolk poll from the weekend, VP Harris hit an historic low approval rating of 28%, even lower than Dick Cheney's all-time worst. Biden's approval rating hit another new low of 38%. The American people are sick and tired of the Biden administration's fascist mandates and incompetence.

Howard University, located in Washington, D.C., and considered the creme de la creme of HBCUs, is having a crisis on the campus regarding housing. The university has been under fire after mold was identified in at least 38 dorm rooms out of 2,700 total rooms on campus. Students have also complained about rodents, flooding and other haphazard conditions. Students and alumni have raised concerns over housing conditions for decades.

In an article from The Wall Street Journal, the Biden administration is considering offering immigrant families that were separated during the Trump administration around $450,000 a person in compensation. Lawsuits have been filed on behalf of parents and children who say the government subjected them to lasting psychological trauma. The U.S. Department of Justice, Homeland Security, and Health and Human Services are considering payments that could amount to $1 million a family.

This is non-binding vote, but allows the project to proceed. Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf stated, "this was a historic action that creates a clear path to keep the A's rooted in Oakland and build a world-class waterfront ballpark district that will benefit Bay Area residents for generations to come.

The Atlanta City Council has officially named October 20, Lil Nas X day in the city of Atlanta. City councilman and mayoral candidate Antonio Brown presented Lil Nas X with a plaque. In the proclamation, city leaders stated the entertainer is shaping the city and world with his "artistic influence and transformative music." It's interesting to see, how someone that promotes toxicity, is honored by the community he's promoting toxicity to.

Colin Powell, the first Black Secretary of State, passed away this morning. He was 84. General Powell served as the 65th U.S. Secretary of State from 2001-2005, and his successor Condolezza Rice, were the highest-ranking Black Americans in the history of the federal executive branch. General Powell served as the 16th U.S. National Security Advisor from 1987-1989 and as the 12th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff from 1989-1993. His term was highly controversial due to his inaccurate justification for America's invasion of Iraq in 2003. He was forced to resign in 2004 after Bush's reelection.

In San Francisco, SFPD officers were faced with termination, if they didn't show some form of proof of getting jabbed. They have until November 12 to be fully jabbed. Also in Chicago, the Chicago Police Union Chief has told officers to ignore the jab mandate and up to half of the officers in the Chicago PD could be on unpaid leave over the jab dispute. It's gotten so bad that Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker has offered to deploy the National Guard in case of Chicago PD shortages.
